1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is custom-made when you order, so please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.


2. Can I return or exchange an item?

Since our products are custom printed on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for detailed information on how to report an issue.


3. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a sizing chart to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend checking this chart before ordering, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. 


4. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item at hello@transcendchapters.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.


5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we start processing orders immediately, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your package’s journey to your door.


8. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

9. What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package has been delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. For lost packages, feel free to reach out to us at hello@transcendchapters.com, and we’ll do our best to assist, though we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


10. Do you accept custom orders or personalization?

At this time, we don’t offer custom orders or personalization options. However, we’re always adding new designs, so keep an eye out for fresh book-inspired items!
